BY CAMERON POAGUE 2018 Our region's most stunning homes were on display for all to experience one magical weekend in October. Didn't get your fix? Step inside and make yourself at home. AUTUMN AWE Late October in the Northwest carries with it a sort of enchantment, where bold and colorful leaf tones stack our streets and crisp, refreshing air fills the void September left for us. Visions of pumpkin spice lattes and comforting hot cocoa consume our thoughts, along with pressing topical inquiries: Can I legally wear my down jacket and gloves, or do I tough it out with layers of flannel and microfiber? Fall fashion preferences aside, October also provides us with the annual Remodeled Homes Tour, where MBAKS Remodelers Council members open their latest projects to the people for two days of inspiration and amazement. The WOW! factor is tangible as thousands of residents tour unique homes and get the chance to meet the people responsible for them.
