Although Lifelong Recreation programs are tailored for adults 65 years young and up, adults of any age are welcome to register if space is available. Please contact facilitator before attending your first meeting. This program is provided through Youth & Family Services. Concerns and challenges will be shared by group participants each month, and guest speakers will be invited periodically to share helpful and cutting-edge ideas and information.
