Yoga Yin
Yin is rooted in ancient yoga practices using passive
postures, mostly on the floor, to gently stretch out
the body's connective tissues especially around the
knees, hips, spine and core. Many postures are held for
three minutes encouraging a meditative and mindful
experience. Modifications will be provided to suit yogis
of all abilities, including those who practice in a chair.
Please wear comfortable clothing for movement. Bring a
yoga mat and a blanket.

Yoga for Every Body
Yoga for everybody is literally yoga for every BODY.
This is the yoga class for anyone that has ever thought
that yoga is not for them, as well as those who know and
love the profound benefits of this ancient philosophy. In
this class, explore simple movements with breath and
mindfulness to increase mobility, balance, strengthen
and reduce stress in the body. All ages, ability and
mobility welcomed. Participants should bring a yoga
mat. Yoga block, strap and blanket recommended. Class
not held April 11.

Yoga - Gentle
This 45-minute gentle yoga class is designed specifically
with seniors in mind. Slow, fluid movements, peaceful
breathing, merciful poses and mellow stretches help
maintain flexibility and gain strength. Other benefits
include increased lung capacity, stronger bones and
stress reduction. Wear comfortable clothing you can
move and stretch in. Bring a yoga mat.
