Presentation finishes up with a Q & A period and/or book signing and sales. Refreshments available by donation. Doors open at 6:00 PM. $5 at the door. PATRICK MCGINTY TUESDAY, APRIL 14 • 6:30-8:30 PM Patrick McGinty is an experienced adventurer and has soloed the John Muir Trail and bicycled the Pacific Coast from Salinas to San Diego, CA, to Amelia Island, FL. He discusses his amazing adventure in his presentation. RICK BOMAR TUESDAY, MAY 12 • 6:30-8:30 PM Rick Bomar teaches about the ins-and-outs of one of Marysville's most popular activities. How do you play? What are the rules? How is Pickleball different than tennis, badminton and table tennis? Rick will answer your questions and guide you through the best ways to get started. Home Buyer 101 Get a brief overview with no stress! Thursday, April 30 • 6:30-8:30 PM • Marysville Opera House • FREE Join us at the Marysville Opera House for a stress free introduction to buying your first home. This class could be the ticket to grants, a lower monthly payment and zero down payment assistance. Other topics include: the four pillars of buying a home and what is covered under homeowner's policies for when claims happen. Speakers include Ivonne Sepulveda and Steve Fulton from State Farm, Kim Thompson from PrimeLending and Todd Fahlman of Realty One Group. This event is informational only. The City does not endorse any company, service, information or speaker involved in this event. Doors open at 6:00 PM with speakers beginning at 6:30 PM. Light refreshments available.
