Library Programs for Adults Grand Avenue Book Club Grand Avenue Book Club meets the fi rst Thursday of every month at 6:3pm in the library's Hecht Meeting Room. Knit & Crochet The Good Yarns Knitting and Crocheting Group meets every Friday at the library from 1:00-2:30pm in the Hecht Meeting Room. Sew Happy The Sew Happy – Hand and Machine Sewing Club meets every Tuesday at the library from 10:00-11:30am in the Hecht Meeting Room. Come work on your sewing projects! English Conversation Club The English Conversation Club meets every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-7:00pm in the Hecht Meeting Room. Thursday, June 28, 4:00-5:30pm It's time to "rock and roll," retro style! Pizza never goes out of fashion and some games don't either. So, bring your appetite for pizza and get ready to play some retro games while enjoying delicious slice after slice! Retro attire is welcome – with a $25 gift card for the best retro outfi t! Great door prizes for all! Monster Mash! Thursday, July 12, 4:00-5:30pm Bring your own sense of style to the "Monster Mash!" Put your crazy, wacky, over-the-top creativity to work to make a monster using a Styrofoam wig head and a bunch of insane random stuff ! To keep your creativity fueled, there will also be some "wild and creepy" foods and drinks to munch, crunch and sip.
