AgVision
®
AgVision is our nationally recognized program for
young, beginning and small-farm producers. AgVision
participants have access to loans with less restrictive
underwriting standards at competitive rates and
the possibility of reduced or waived fees. In addition,
Northwest FCS offers educational conferences and
workshops, reimbursement vouchers for technology
purchases, and more. To qualify, participants must
meet at least one of these characteristics:

35 years old or younger.
•
10 years or less of agricultural experience
as a producer.
•
Less than $350,000 in annual gross
agricultural income.
Reduce your interest rate with
our RateWise
™
program
RateWise rewards young and beginning producers who
continue their management education with interest rate
reductions on new loans and renewed operating loans.
Once you've enrolled, you earn credits for participating in
educational programs hosted by Northwest FCS' Business
Management Center, universities, industry groups and
other resources to improve your management and
production skills.
Participants accumulate RateWise credits upon program
registration and interest rate reductions increase with the
number of credits earned.
•
10 credits: 0.25% interest rate reduction for
three years.
•
20 credits: 0.50% interest rate reduction for
three years.
•
30 credits: 0.75% interest rate reduction for
three years.
