no acreage restrictions. We also value acreage with
improvements, like homes with barns, outbuildings, or
riding arenas, so you can maximize the amount you're
financing based on the appraised value.
Lot Loans
When you find the perfect property, but you're not quite
ready to build, the flexibility of a Lot Loan is a great first
step. Property improvements like power, well and septic
are not required, so you can buy the land now and add
those improvements down the road.
All-In-One Construction Loan
When you're ready to build, we offer a great All-in-One
Construction Loan. Buy the land you want, build,
and move in with one convenient loan package –
just one set of fees and one simple closing. With
interest-only-monthly payments during construction,
you'll have more cash flow during the building process.
And interest rates are locked in throughout the loan
process so rates won't change once your home is
complete. With decades of home building experience,
our construction team will help you navigate the entire
process – from loan application to completing the build.
