The June 28 tour sold out in one hour with a wait list. The June 4 tour was a great success as reported by Gordon Lewandowski. The June 28 tour had to be changed from Paradise on Mt. Rainier due to late snows, Stevens Canyon Road being closed during the week for the for the foreseeable future, no sit-down dining at Paradise Inn, and chip sealing on Hwy 706 (reportedly). Olen Ronning is trying to rescue the Diablo Lake tour on July 28, making it a picnic since the institute there is unable to host us for lunch due to manning issues. Information about the Sun Mountain Lodge tour has been posted on the PNWR website; although registration won't open until July 30. We're still deciding where to go for the August multi- day tour (after I get back from Parade). Website: Barb Coplen – Report Submitted I've been adding events and making updates per usual.
