So much so that we caught Haury's in the middle of a major brand revitalization. As you read this article, Haury's Lake City Collision will soon be known as Haury's Collision and Vintage. Haury's was established in 1963. The current owners, Zac Underwood and Jeff Butler, purchased the company in the year 2000. Since their ownership, Haury's has continually invested in equipment and personnel to meet the stringent requirements set forth by automotive brands such as Porsche, Nissan GTR, Volkswagen, and BMW. Overall, Haury's currently holds seventeen OEM certifications and will continue to add more over the next few years. Since the COVID-19 pandemic struck, however, Haury's has seen tremendous growth in the vintage car arena, especially with older Porsches. Co-owner Jeff Butler cut his teeth in the vintage restoration business back in the early 1990s, restoring vintage Alfa Romeos, BMWs, and Porsches. "Since April 2020, we have opened repair orders on over 200 Porsches to date. Of those opened repair orders, around 35% of them are Porsches older than 2012 and date back to the early '60s," stated Jeff Butler.
