Superstar teams made Rampathon 2022 a huge success—and gave neighbors in need the freedom of movement! O n May 21, Rampathon 2022 continued a proud tradition. An MBAKS mainstay since 1993, the event has brought together more than 5,000 MBAKS members over the years to build 600-plus free access ramps across King and Snohomish counties so our neighbors in need with mobility issues can freely enter and leave their homes. It might not seem like much, but it's a life changer for so many people and families. After a difficult two years of COVID-19 lockdowns and health concerns putting a damper on the event, Rampathon was back in full force this year with 18 teams building 21 ramps—up from 12 last year. Due to their thoughtful service and hard work, these MBAKS members gave so many people the joy and freedom of movement. Here are their stories.
