Founded by automotive enthusiast Seth Thomas and with daily operations run by Heather Humphry, APC Auto Spa has the expertise and experience to make your Porsche shine. I recently paid a visit to chat with Heather and the crew to get their story. What's the history of APC Auto Spa, how did it all start? It all started with Seth wanting a Ceramic Pro coating on his Nissan GT-R, and he couldn't find anyone in Washington that could do it. He decided to start a company, so he could buy the products himself and become certified as an installer. He drafted fellow GT-R owners who wanted it done as well to offset the cost, and that was supposed to be the end of it. It was so popular that he rented part of a garage and hired an employee to keep the work going, and it has only moved onward and upward from there. That was in 2015, based out of a small shop in Kirkland. As the business grew, we moved to a larger location in Woodinville in the summer of 2016, and then we moved to our current location in Monroe in 2021. What services do you offer to the automotive community? We offer interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coatings, AlloyGators (wheel curb rash protection), paint protection film, and have a full retail store of professional- grade DIY detailing supplies. Who are the crew at APC Auto Spa, and what would you like to mention about them? Seth has worked with ProFormance Racing School as a HPDE driving coach and with the PNW regional racing body IRDC in racer licensing.
