All events have the appropriate insurance coverage. Secretary - Dolores Ranhofer: Present - No Report Treasurer - Mary Downing: Present - Report Submitted November showed receipts of $11,016, expenses of $42,770, totaling a net loss of (-$31,754). Year to date receipts total $240,152. Expenses total $238,941, resulting in income of $1,211. The fee for Drivers Ed in the amount of $31,700 was prepaid for the coming year resulting in the considerable net loss for this month. We show $119,466 in available cash as of December 6, 2010 with $23,215 in checking and $96,251 in short-term CDs. Summation: The club continues to operate in good financial standing. Director at Large - Bill Bauer: Present - Report Submitted Tentative dates for the Pacific Raceway Interchange clean up are March 12th and September 24th, 2011. The state will provide a sign or we can provide a personalized sign with our logo, etc. There is a requirement that we clean this space twice a year. We are looking for volunteers. More to come at a later date. Director at Large - Larry Nelson: Present –Report Submitted The Food Drive for Northwest Harvest competition with the Mini Club took place on December 4th. Overall, everyone had a great time. There are several links to "Youtube" that highlight PNWR's and the Mini's participation in this event. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rsash1ihIYw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yOLFV4Ce3Vc Additionally, Diane Koontz shared the album "Porsche-Mini Challenge 2010 with you on Windows Live." We'd like to make this an annual event. There is talk about a trophy and 44 January 2011 inviting additional car clubs. King5 does a great job of promoting this event, and there was a great turnout (67 Porsches and 32 Minis). We will get started earlier next year. Past President - Dennis Coplen: Present – Report Submitted The votes for Officers for 2011 have been counted with the following results: Bill Bauer, President; Ward Carter, Vice-President; Dolores Ranhofer, Secretary; Mary Downing, Treasurer; Jay Gillotti, Director-at-Large. There was one write in vote for Bill Rogers for the Directorat-Large position. Four ballots did not have membership numbers and two ballots had invalid membership numbers. Dennis Coplen, Barb Coplen, Dennis Rood and Nancy Rood comprised the Election Team Committee Chair Reports Advertising - Emmett Koontz: Present - Report Submitted This is ad renewal month and everyone asked has renewed. Autocross - Tim Kornacki: Present - Report Submitted This is the AutoX off-season. We are in the process of ordering the trophies for the winners of the 2010 season. We are also in the process of finalizing the fee increase from $850 to $1200 per day for the site in 2011. Caveat Emptor - Dennis Coplen: Present - Report Submitted 23 ads were submitted to the Spiel on Sunday, December 5th. Concours - Dennis Rood: Not Present - Report Submitted Concours is set to go. Kirkland Concours d'Elegance should be better and more exciting in 2011. Aston Martin is the featured class and there is the possibility the James Bond car from Goldfinger would be on display. The Planning Meeting approved all dates for the coming year. Database Coordinator - Leeds Gulick: Present- Report Submitted There are 1624 members of which 1289 are paid. 1413 copies of the Spiel are currently being sent. Dues stuffing will take place on January 15th.
