This is the time of year, however, when we tend to spend time with our other families. Vacations are booked, backyard barbecues materialize, and warm, sun-soaked vibes permeate the reinvigorating summer air. I have a request: Enjoy it all. Find the headspace to reenergize yourself and absorb the moments spent lounging and laughing with loved ones. These are the days you work so hard for— the ones you look forward to on the job site, working tirelessly for your business which, in turn, further cements our collective designation as the number one trusted and respected source for housing. As for myself, my family and I traditionally spend a week every July in Idaho and this year is no diff erent. My two kids, Abby and Abe, will also be spending a week and a half in Costa Rica as part of a mission trip. I'm so excited for them and their fantastic opportunity to learn, live, and grow. I'm sure we'll all collect great stories. I look forward to hearing about your adventures and seeing the freshness in your faces after taking in a few sunsets over the landscape you helped create. Summer is a great time of year to regain your balance and rejuvenate yourself. Find that special someplace, that place where you can refl ect upon all your successes so far at this, the midpoint of the year, as well as those yet to come. We'll be here when you return, inspired and ready as always, for the second half of 2017. You've been great. You deserve a vacation.
