In Kenmore, dad Andrew Mhyre can better care for eight-year-old Katelyn thanks to their new ramp. Katelyn, who has epilepsy and a rare mitochondrial disease, deals with reduced muscle tone following a recent stroke. "This ramp is really important right now," Andrew says. "We're simply looking forward to going outside and enjoying the sights and sounds of a day." My reward is seeing the infectious smiles of everyone involved.
