BY LUELLEN SMITH 2017 MEMBERSHIP CHAIR RHINO WINE CELLARS & COOLING SYSTEMS FIRST: THANK YOU, SPIKES. You are the lifeblood, the heart and soul of our association. And as rewarding as recruiting is, also think about how much fun we have! The support, camaraderie, networking, and friendships. We help our members grow their business, become more profi table, and off er more benefi ts to their employees. It's these elements I tell potential Spikes about when they ask why they should spend their free time recruiting. Oh, there are also the amazing incentives for Spikes. (Shout out to Patrick and Marilyn!) Just to name a few… • Concert tickets to Tom Petty and Steve Winwood • Mariners and Seahawks tickets • An extraordinary Walla Walla trip featuring a wine country tasting adventure • Gift cards, cash bonuses, and more!
