Let's build something great today for our future." Brenda is actively involved in Built Green, Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, and Seattle King County Realtors. She is a nationally recognized sustainable real estate advocate and educator, teaching accredited courses on housing equity through the lens of legislative issues, ADUs, and "missing middle" housing. Passionate about building strong communities where everyone has a place to call home, Brenda says, "Housing equity is a multidimensional issue, which requires in-depth education and partnership across several private and public stakeholders." "As a member of [the Board], I will be able to use my unique experience to drive meaningful discussion and action for housing affordability and availability." Cameron McKinnon Confluence Development Immediate Past President Cameron McKinnon is co-founder and head of acquisitions and development for Confluence Development LLC, a residential real estate development firm focusing on infill developments in the greater Seattle Brenda Nunes Nunes Group Real Estate Secretary Brenda Nunes is the managing broker at KW Nunes Group, where she facilitates real estate transactions in Seattle, the Eastside, and beyond. As Secretary, Brenda will be responsible for keeping essential records, such as the association's bylaws and meeting minutes. A longtime King County resident with decades of experience in real estate, business development, and marketing, Brenda uses her local expertise and diverse relationships to help others accomplish their local real estate goals. She is drawn to a variety of projects and has experience in single-family homes, multifamily properties, land listings, and more. Jennifer Tennyson Tennyson Homes Second Vice President Jennifer Tennyson is vice president of Tennyson Homes, a Kirkland-based custom homebuilder that has worked throughout King County for 33 years, specializing in short plat/small plat land development. Jennifer grew up in the fifth generation of a family-owned and -operated building business, returning to building six years ago as 50% owner of Tennyson Homes after achieving success in two other industries. As 2022 and 2023 Chair of Professional Women in Building, Jennifer champions women as a vital asset for the industry and part of a viable solution to address its acute labor shortage. Honored with the 2022 Sandy McAdams Woman of the Year Award, Jennifer wants to encourage women to take the leap and join the industry. As Second Vice President, Jennifer chairs the Finance Committee.
