Having just completed a massive, collaborative community project with our annual Rampathon event, we roll into the summer months with a new campaign to showcase our members. The fi rst print ad (shown here) will be in various publications throughout the region with the goal of elevating the awareness of our members and further promoting the good that they do for our communities — because we know that all of our members have great big hearts! Since 1993, members of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties (MBA) have built more than 400 free wheelchair ramps for low income homeowners, making life a little easier for community members in need, including certain little girls who would much rather be outside. It's just one part of the MBA's commitment to the community, programs that include repairing facilities for nonprofits and homeless shelters, and supporting high school construction trade programs. So when you hire a building professional, look for an MBA member and you'll help build a better community… literally. mbaks.com Committed to making your typical 8-year-old even more typical. 8 master builder 06.16
